Tropical Storm Nock-Ten moves closer to the Eastern coast of Luzon....94W just upgraded to Tropical Depression

 Tropical Depression Nock-Ten (Juaning) just upgraded into a Tropical Storm status after passing south of Camarines Sur. Latest satellite imagery shows central convection being sheared to the west of the low level circulation center (LLCC). Numerical weather guidance models show that possible landfall is near the coast of Aurora tonight and pass the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon as a TD tomorrow. It is expected to exit Northern Luzon via Ilocos Norte as re-intensifies into TS.

Residents in low lying and mountainous areas under Public Storm Signal No. 1 & 2 are  alerted against flash floods, mudslides and landslides.
