Tropical Disturbance 94W remins weak near Eastern Taiwan..90W slowly organizing off the far Western Pacific Ocean

Weak Tropical Disturbance 94W just upgraded as a Tropical Depression by PAGASA as TD "Goring" however other weather agency such as Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) downgraded the chances of becoming an active Tropical Cyclone from fair to low within the next 24 hours.Latest satellite imagery depicts a fully exposed and elongated low level LLCC with no banding convection as it drifts east of Taiwan. Because of the unfavorable environmental conditions, Tropical Cyclone Formation is still low at this time. This disturbance is expected to enhanced the Southwest Monsoon that will bring scattered rains with thunderstorms along Luzon and Northwestern Visayas.

While another disturbance is closely monitored for possible development in the next coming days which is LPA (90W). Located over thousand km. East of Northern Luzon, and favorable environmental conditions, Tropical Cyclone Formation is possible early next week based also on the latest numerical weather guidance model.
