            Tropical Disturbance 94W is expected to consolidates more strength, just passed Palau and about 750 km. East of Mindanao. Because of favorable conditions, JTWC already upgraded this Tropical Disturbance to medium chances/fair , which means any time from now, TCFA is possible to be issued. Satellite images depict an improving low level circulation center with 19 kph-28 kph near the center.Based on the latest satellite images taken as of 3 p.m PhT, scattered rains bands is now affecting Southeastern Mindanao.
