- just downgraded as Tropical Depression and expected to pass Northern Palawan later tonight. Intensification is possible within the 36-48 hours as it moves toward the warm water of the West Philippine Sea.
- latest satellite imagery shows TD Banyan is generating weak, widespread convection over the islands encircling the Sulu Sea.
- Rainbands are still affecting across Visayas, Palawan, Bicol and Southern Tagalog Provinces. Estimated rainfall amount is from 5-25 mm/hr.
- Residents in low lying and mountainous areas under Public Storm Warning Signals are alerted against possible flashfloods, landslides.
