- latest satellite imagery shows that limited deep convection has started to redevelop near the Low Level Circulation Center (LLCC).
- increasing on its forward speed is expected within the next 72 hours..may become Tropical Status status within the next 6-12 hours passing Palau early Thursday morning
- expected to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Thursday afternoon and will make landfall along the eastern coasts of Surigao del Sur early Friday afternoon and will transverse Northern Mindanao-Southern Visayas on Saturday morning.
- Residents and visitors along Visayas-Mindanao should closely monitor the development of Tropical Depression 27W.
