ANALYSIS AND OBSERVATION
- animated enhanced infrared satellite imagery shows the system has started to show signs of weakening as the eye diameter has slowly decreased over the past 6 hours from 27.78 km to 18.52 km and is becoming more ragged
- expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility later this afternoon or tonight
- will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon until Tuesday across the Western Visayas and Western Luzon including Palawan and Metro Manila. This will bring rains and windy conditions over the western sections of the country which may trigger flash floods and landslides
