------------------------------------------------ latest satellite imagery depicts a consolidating low level circulation center (llcc) with improved convective banding
- expected to intensify due to favorable environment conditions within the next 12-24 hours..maintaining its Tropical Storm strength while heading towards the extreme Northern Luzon. Possible landfall will be on Thursday Morning near Cagayan.

to enhance the Southwest Monsoon until Tuesday across the Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. This will
bring rains
and windy conditions over the western sections of the country which may
trigger
flash floods and landslides
