ANALYSIS AND OBSERVATION
------------------------------------------------ latest satellite imagery shows that low level circulation center remains exposed, approximately 74.08 km east of the main area of deep convection..heading towards Northern Luzon (Balintang Island-Calayan Island-Camiguin Island early today)
- will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon across the archipelago especially in the western section. This will bring rains and windy conditions over the western sections of the country which may trigger flash floods and landslides
