- latest satellite imagery indicates a consolidating LLCC (Low-Level Circulation Center) with strong and broad convection
- expected to become a Tropical Depression with in the next 12-24 hours as it moves as it moves toward the warm water of the East Philippine Sea.
- this active disturbance could enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring light to moderate rains within the next 24-48 hours that could affect the western portion of the archipelago
